OK, this is a joke :-)     But if you went to this webpage,
there is a chance you went to it because you are dealing with stress;
of course, we all deal with stress—it is part of life.

It is worth noting that what we see depends on where and how we look;
it is possible to greatly reduce our negative stress by thankfully looking
for the positive or good in other people and situations.

The Apostle Paul (who suffered terribly - see 2 Corinthians 11:23-27)
learned to be content whatever his circumstances were:

“I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.
I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation,
whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.
I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.”
Philippians 4:12-13(NIV84)

Listed below are two Bible promises that we believe will encourage you:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
